I us as a comparison the AB coaster commercial unit which I have access to in the gym I go to and I think this unit is better in the way it works the abs . For those that need to strengthen their arms its excellent also. The best part of it is this AB Glider costs $1300 less then the AB Coasters commercial unit .If this machine holds up it's a great buy. I'm 220 and 6'3 and I have no problem using it. Its fairly light and pretty easy to put together . Again don't know how durable this for the long term is but so far its strengthening my abs and making them more pronounced for sure .
